Shipping Policy

Jamjada Group will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.

We will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address. However, we may communicate with the delivery party at our discretion. This may be taken into consideration under certain conditions.

All of our orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service which may reach to your destination within a 5-7 day period.

Once payment is successfully processed your order will then be processed and shipped. Please bear with us, as your product may take 3-5 business days to be processed.

 Presently we are only shipping to the United States and Canada.

You may also indicate if you need expedited shipping as this comes with an additional cost.
